Organoleptic properties: Waxy pink, with a fairly fine and persistent perlage. On the nose reveals a beautiful bouquet, all played on notes of small red fruits, strawberries and currants, on clear hints of rose and peach flowers. In the mouth it is dry, fine, characterised by a slight acidity and a good structure. It closes with a slight return on the raspberry before a clean and elegant finish, of medium persistence.

Processing: early harvesting of grapes and vinification following the Martinotti-Charmat method;
Gastronomic matches: its good personality makes it suitable for all courses, especially with fish. Exceptional with fried olive all’ascolana;
